105% Guarantee Policy

SUMMIT Peak Cart Performance (“SUMMIT”) offers a 105% money‑back guarantee on eligible SUMMIT‑branded products sold directly by SUMMIT, subject to the terms below. This policy is designed to be clear for customers while protecting SUMMIT where necessary.

Covered products

This guarantee applies to current and future SUMMIT‑branded products, including:

• StowPro systems and attachments
• HUB systems and attachments
• Any other SUMMIT Peak Cart Performance products identified as SUMMIT‑branded

Blackstone and other non‑SUMMIT products

For clarity, Blackstone griddles and any other non‑SUMMIT products are excluded from the 105% SUMMIT Guarantee. These items are instead eligible for up to a 100% refund under SUMMIT’s standard return policy when returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging within the applicable return window. Manufacturing defects on Blackstone products are handled under the original manufacturer’s warranty, where available.

Guarantee window (SUMMIT products)

To qualify for the 105% Guarantee on eligible SUMMIT‑branded products, the original purchaser must:

• Contact SUMMIT within 30 days of delivery
• Provide proof of purchase and order details
• Obtain return approval from SUMMIT before sending the product back

Returned products must be substantially complete and in reasonable condition consistent with normal inspection and use. SUMMIT may deny the guarantee for products showing intentional damage, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, missing major components, or damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Packaging / shipping damage inspection window

Customers are responsible for inspecting packaging and product condition promptly upon delivery. Any visible shipping or packaging damage must be reported to SUMMIT within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

If SUMMIT determines that the product was damaged in transit:

• SUMMIT will arrange a re‑shipment of replacement product, and
• The customer must return the original damaged product to SUMMIT using the return instructions provided

Failure to report packaging damage within the 72‑hour window may limit SUMMIT’s ability to treat it as a shipping damage claim and may cause the situation to fall under normal return or warranty rules instead.

Refund amount under the 105% Guarantee

If an eligible 105% Guarantee claim on a SUMMIT‑branded product is approved, SUMMIT will refund 105% of the original purchase price paid for the eligible SUMMIT product only.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise by SUMMIT in writing:

• The 105% refund applies only to the product subtotal actually paid for the eligible SUMMIT‑branded item
• The refund does not include shipping charges, taxes, installation charges, labor, expedited fees, financing charges, or other third‑party costs

If a discount, bundle allocation, promotional credit, or partial refund affected the original purchase price, SUMMIT may calculate the refund based on the amount actually paid and may reasonably allocate bundle pricing among included items.

For eligible returns of non‑defective products under either the SUMMIT 105% Guarantee or SUMMIT’s standard return policy, SUMMIT Peak Cart Performance may charge arestocking fee of up to 15% of the product priceto cover handling, inspection, and repackaging. This restocking fee will not be applied to approved returns for manufacturing defects or verified shipping damage reported within the required timeframes, and will not be charged where prohibited by law.

Exclusions

The 105% SUMMIT Guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear from ordinary use
• Accidental damage, improper installation, or failure to follow product instructions
• Commercial or fleet use beyond the product’s intended use
• Issues caused by another manufacturer’s product, vehicle condition, or vehicle setup
• Any non‑SUMMIT product, including Blackstone griddles (handled under standard returns and manufacturer warranty as described above)

The 105% Guarantee is non‑transferable, applies only to qualifying purchases made directly from SUMMIT (unless SUMMIT states otherwise in writing), and is void where prohibited by law. SUMMIT Peak Cart Performance reserves the right to deny claims that are fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or inconsistent with this policy.

How to submit a claim

To request a claim under this guarantee, customers should:

• Contact SUMMIT through the store contact options listed on the website
• Provide the order number and contact information
• Identify the product and briefly explain the concern or reason for the return

If the claim appears eligible, SUMMIT will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for following those instructions, including any packaging and return authorization requirements.

Processing

Refunds and replacement shipments are processed after the returned product (or damaged product, in shipping‑damage cases) is received and inspected by SUMMIT. If approved, any refund under this guarantee will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed by SUMMIT.

Changes and disclosures

Any advertised “105% Money‑Back Guarantee” or similar language for SUMMIT products should be read together with this policy. If there is any difference between marketing language and this policy, this policy will control unless applicable law requires a different outcome.

SUMMIT Peak Cart Performance may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of a qualifying purchase will generally govern that purchase, unless a later version is more favorable to the customer or required by law
