Lifetime Warranty
Every SUMMIT product is warranted for life against defects in its welded joints and stainless steel hardware. We build in welded steel and stainless because they should never fail — and if they do, that's on us, for as long as you own the product.
Products built with weather-resistant rubber components — StowPro (EPDM bumpers), the Campfire Station (rubber grommets), and the Divot Bin, Scrap Bin, and Trail Bin (neoprene bumpers) — carry the same lifetime coverage on those rubber components.
3-Year Warranty
The powder coat finish and all other components of every SUMMIT product are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
What's Not Covered
- Misuse, overloading beyond the product's rated capacity, or use other than intended
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Damage from accident or collision
- Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, and fading from regular use)
- Non-SUMMIT products used with our mounts and racks (griddles, coolers, towels, and other gear)
How We Make It Right
If a covered component fails, SUMMIT will repair the product or ship replacement parts at our discretion, free of charge. Keep your proof of purchase — we'll ask for your order number (or your dealer receipt) when you file a claim.
Filing a Claim
Email support@summitcartmods.com with:
- Your order number or dealer receipt
- A photo or two of the issue
- A short description of what happened
We respond within two business days.
